IT professional offering over 14 years of hands-on experience in systems administration, troubleshooting, hardware/software migrations, and technical support. Hired in 2008 by the University of Miami's Miller School of Medicine to administer Jackson Memorial Hospital's servers. I was brought on full time to administer the Miller servers in 2010. After the UM-IT consolidation, I was assigned additional responsibilities across all campuses and colleges administering both core and departmental servers and applications. I now design and implement all aspects of numerous systems in the University. This includes networking, hardware, application and the security of our systems.
